Mike Crawley, President & CEO
Since 2002, Mike has overseen the creation and execution of AIM's wind power development strategy in Ontario and other jurisdictions. AIM has over 2000MW of wind power projects under development across Canada and abroad. With a financial partner, AIM successfully bid a 99MW first phase of its Erie Shores Wind Farm in the first Ontario Renewable Power Request for Proposal in late 2004. In June 2006, this project was commissioned, on budget and on schedule, and is currently among the largest wind power facilities in North America.
Mike has been active in the electricity sector. In July 2002, he was appointed to the Ontario Government's Electricity Conservation and Supply Task Force and has also served as a co-chair of the Renewable Energy Task Team. Currently, Mike is member of the board of directors of the Association of Power Producers of Ontario which represents almost all of the Province’s 28,000MW of generating assets.
Prior to entering the renewable power sector, Mike held various senior sales management, strategy development and product development roles with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
As a volunteer, Mike currently serves on the Land Endowment Committee of Trent University and has served as a Director on the Boards of the Lyndhurst Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation (Toronto Chapter). |

Jay Wilgar, VP Field Operations
Jay's career has spanned investor relations and several entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to co-founding AIM in 2002, he was a partner in Pentagon Capital Partners Inc., an asset based financing company. Within AIM, Jay is responsible for heading up the project development and design team on projects from Saskatchewan to Ontario. Jay also currently sits on the AIM PowerGen Board of Directors.

Ansar Gafur, VP External Relations
Ansar has held information technology management positions within the Royal Bank, GEAC and DSET Technologies. He has also held accounting roles with the Canadian Depository for Securities and Ontario Clean Water Agency. Within AIM, Ansar focuses on grid connection assessment application, Federal and provincial permitting application and process management, construction cost estimating/quoting and turbine vendor liaisons. |

Jaswant Bangaru, VP Finance & CFO
Jaswant has overall responsibility for AIM's operations including corporate and project budgeting and forecasting, finance, treasury, taxation, accounting, engineering assistance, development and assessment of wind farm operations and maintenance options and assessment of new project or partnership opportunities. Prior to joining AIM in March 2005, Jaswant had a short stint in the Venture Capital industry. Prior to that Jaswant worked as an Electrical Engineer for Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation, the third largest power utility company in India with an installed capacity of 6500MW. His extensive power industry experience spans electrical power generation, plant management and operations and maintenance of hydro electric generating units. Jaswant holds a Masters of Business Administration, Finance from Schulich School of Business, York University as well as a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical and Electronics from Andhra University, India. |

Deyong Cha, VP Construction
Deyong joined AIM PowerGen Corporation in June 2007 to head AIM’s construction management team. He brings with him technical expertise in construction and engineering that is a great asset to AIM’s construction operations. Prior to joining AIM Deyong was an estimator and project manager for a large Electrical Mechanical Contractor in Ontario with over ten years experience in construction and engineering management in the utility industry. He comes with special expertise in project management, contract and claim negotiations; Strong knowledge and experience in finance, strategic planning, and business development.

David Timm, VP Strategic Affairs
David has been active in the renewable energy industry for the past 10 years. Prior to joining AIM, David served as the Ontario Policy Manager with the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) where he was responsible for provincial policy development in Ontario. At CanWEA he was also responsible for coordinating national standards and technical issues and activities. David has also worked as a wind energy consultant and developer and brings a wealth of direct experience with technical management, financial planning, project development, policy development, as well as marketing of wind projects. Within AIM David is responsible for government relations including public policy development and regulation monitoring, stakeholder relations, issues management and communications.

Matt Ladner, VP Corporate Affairs
Matt joined AIM PowerGen Corporation in January 2005 working closely with Jay Wilgar in the role of land acquisition, landowner and local municipal relations. Matt has been integral in initiating new project development. Matt's sales and management skills are an asset to the development of strong partnerships between AIM and the landowners and community stakeholders. Key functions within AIM include overall project knowledge, wind resource co-ordination and overseeing administrative processes. Prior to joining AIM Matt was the General Manager of Igus Canada, a leader in the manufacture and distribution of polymer Automation parts. |

Drew Elliott, Director of Field Operations
Drew is an award winning (JJ Wetlaufer Award 2004, Grant Burton Award 2005, Bruce Dodds Award 2005) Richard Ivey School of Business graduate with 7 years of entrepreneurial experience. He was the founder of the franchise Rent-A-Hand Property Maintenance and the company Muskoka Frost. Drew joined AIM PowerGen after running Trinity Wind Power Inc. for 2 consecutive years. Drew is currently the Director of Field Operations for many of AIM’s projects in Ontario and Manitoba. |

Jim Wilgar, Site Consultant
Jim has been with AIM almost from the day one. He has undertaken a wide variety of tasks as the need arose primarily in public relations, land acquisition, Official Plan, and municipal zoning issues with local government and planning officials. He was instrumental in fostering AIM's initial land based wind farm through land acquisition and regulatory initiatives. Jim brings a broad base of knowledge and inter-personal skills that enhance AIM's unique approach to wind power development. Jim holds a Masters Degree in Geography and Land Use Planning. Jim is also the former VP of Student Services, at Wilfred Laurier University. |

Tim Sullivan, Manager Field Operations
Tim brings a unique perspective to project development with AIM as he is also a turbine host in the Erie Shores Wind Farm. Having participated in the process of wind farm development as both participant and developer offers Tim a unique perspective on developing wind farms. Tim has held a variety of positions working with both the general public and as well professional clients in a number of industries in the past 23 years. The majority of Tim’s experience has been in sales and specifically in the chemical industry where he was the Eastern Territory Manager for ARCO Chemical. He has as also worked as consultant for a sales training firm and as a consultant helping companies develop strategies for personnel and communication issues. |

Augusto Dimaria, Site Project Manager
Gus recently joined AIM PowerGen Corporation in July of 2007. He obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic University and brings to AIM his experience in engineering, management and construction in both North America & Europe. Additional to his role in Construction Management his experience in construction is also beneficial in development planning. Prior to becoming part of the AIM team Augusto was a Project Manager for Black & McDonald in the Power Utility Group.

Robert Alcabao, Controller & Project Planning Manager
Robert is responsible in developing and directing all financial planning and reporting activities, implement cost control procedures as well as develop human resource policies and guidelines for AIM Powergen Canada. Robert's responsibilities extends to project stakeholder management from project lead coordination and their completion of many project development tasks, accurate project tasks time estimation and follow up, critical path analysis and development of action priority matrix. Robert has extensive accounting, financial reporting and strategic project planning experience from a diverse range of both publicly traded or privately held business industries from insurance (Manulife Financial), wireless software development (Redknee), investment (The Woodbridge Company Ltd.) and building facilities (Bracknell Corporation). Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware). Robert is currently a pre-professional member of the Certified General Accountants of Ontario.

Jennifer Fernando, Office Manager
Jennifer began working for AIM PowerGen in April, 2007. Previously Jen worked for a major insurance company for five years and then stayed home to raise her three children. During this time, she worked part-time as secretary, and received a Medical Unit Clerk Certificate through Seneca College. In 2006 Jen decided to return to the workforce on a full-time basis, she enrolled with a Temp Agency and worked for several businesses, one of which lead to a career with AIM.
